Kevin decided to leave the expected life of a Duke Fuqua MBA graduate and launch a food truck, inspired by his Chinese heritage and Los Angeles upbringing. The result was MoBowl.
First, he need a logo that would convey the warmth and simplicity that were part of the MoBowl brand, as well as visually represent the five flavors that are traditional to Chinese cuisine.
I started by using acrylic paint to create a backdrop and then painted the logo by hand. I then took photographs with my (now retired) Nikon D5000 and worked with the photographs as a base layer in Photoshop to complete the full logo design.
