I’m Rebecca, a product design leader at Meta focused on AI and design systems.

I lead design across Meta's largest design system and the Ads ML-driven notifications platform teams. I’ve spent nearly six years at Meta driving 0-to-1 priorities from features to platforms and AI-native workflows – first as a Senior/Staff Product Designer and now as a Product Design Manager.

I started my careerJohnson & Johnson, founded a startup where I learned to design in-browser, spent 4+ years in consumer fintech, and ran a podcast interviewing chefs across 50+ episodes. These experiences have shaped how I think about design, business impact, storytelling, and craft.
